I'd love to hear your thoughts! That said, please remember to be kind, and don't say anything your mother would not approve of!

Great outfit- and nothing wrong with matching sometimes. I like those shoes.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Sometimes it feels like the trends are pressuring us to try all these weird color combos together. It makes me cringe-- I don't care who says it works, black and navy or brown and black shouldn't go! Sometimes it's just nice to be matchy-matchy!
DeleteOooh. I love everything about this outfit. EVERYTHING!!! What color is your cardigan? Is it a reddish brown? Or a brownish red?
ReplyDeleteThanks! J Crew calls the color 'Rustic Twig'. Not sure if that helps with color. I'd say it leans towards a dusty pink/redish brown. I almost treat it as a brown-ish pink sometimes too! It's one of those weird colors that makes J Crew so great!
DeleteWow! You look so beautiful in these fall colors! Honestly, that was my first thought when I opened this page. Definitely, not blah and uninspired.
ReplyDeleteFunny how we girls can be so hard on ourselves. I love your classic styles with a twist. ;-)
Marcia
marcia- Thanks--so sweet of you to say! I certainly do like wearing warmer 'fall' colors!
DeleteThe Jackie, the Jackie! I also want to know the color. Love those rich browns!
ReplyDeleteIt took some looking up, but it's called 'Rustic Twig'. I think it was from Summer/Fall 2011. It's one of those weird colors that can read different depending on what it's paired with, I think.
